Who can access the data?
Access levels for cots can be set according to agency needs. Access levels include, Basic User, Manager, Technician and Research.
Basic users have access to their client records and reports specific to their clients.
Managers have the same access as basic users, as well as access to reports for each staff member under their supervision.
Technicians – Have full access to the database, with no reports or information off limits to them. Technicians also have the ability to make some changes to the database.
Researcher – Researchers can only access modified reports that are edited to remove personal client information. This allows researchers to utilise the database for research purposes without the need for agency staff to censor the personal information themselves.
